Allrecipes.com is easily one of the best recipe sites online.. but sifting through a million recipes to find yummy & healthy recipes can be hard. The healthy section has a lot of lol-worthy “healthy” options (cinnamon sugar pork rinds? are you serious? in the healthy section? ok.) & There’s a ton of great healthy recipes buried in other sections around the site. Here’s a list of some worth looking at!

PS – when you change the number of servings, it automatically scales the ingredients down for you!

Banana chip and date muesli with sliced banana, dried pineapple, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and soy milk.

I thought it would be harder than this to be vegan in Spain but so far so good! Although we haven’t been to a restaurant yet – that’s probably where it’ll become a little more difficult. Ah well, at least we’re going to a vegan restaurant on my birthday. :3

7/15 Intake

Breakfast: Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with pb and nutella. Grapes. Black coffee.

Morning snack: Pretzels

Lunch: Joseph’s flax wrap with plum chutney, blue cheese, balsamic-mushrooms and -eggplant, and spinach. Sesame honey crackers. Almond Fudge Clif Bar.

Afternoon snack: Carrots with cream cheese-mango salsa dip.

Dinner: Couscous and chickpeas in jalfrezi curry simmer sauce with spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, garlic, and grilled peppers.

Evening snack: Banana nut cookie
