Chicken orzo with onions, mushrooms, asparagus, purple cherry heirloom tomatoes, spinach, and tomato-basil hummus+almondmilk-sauceĀ  Hey guys… I cooked it with EVOO…. I haven’t used that stuff in like 2 years!

I went to the farmers market today at Whole Foods. Bought a bunch of Hanover tomatoes and these cute purple cherry heirloom tomatoes Farro and chicken with purple cherry heirloom tomatoes, onions, asparagus, eggplant, fresh basil and chives (from my garden), organic goat cheese, and fresh garlic.
