I see all these amazing women runners on tumblr – whether fitspo or recovery – and I am jealous of their success and their strength and their abilities as runners and athletes.
I’ve never been much of a runner. My best mile time is 9:30 and I am not suppose to do heavy exercise.
But I just wanted to say to all the runners I follow: You guys are an inspiration and a motivation for me. Especially to those runners who have recovered from an eating disorder.
Now that I don’t dance anymore, I really need a new sport/exercise to become passionate about. And wanting to become a runner will help me want to gain weight so my body can be healthy enough to run.
