gonna post what my normal intake looks like


  • Normally oats with greek yogurt and an omlette with veggies and parmesan cheese

Lunch/Snacks: (now packed for work)

  • whole grain bread with chicken goat cheese basil roasted red pepper spinach with the side of raw veggies, yogurt and fruit, and an apple and P.B

Snack 2: varies with what I usually have for breakfast but I usually eat when I get home from work before dinner, sometimes graham crackers and P.B, smoothies, sometimes raw veggies and greek yogurt ranch dip, sometimes kettle corn, so many more things

Dinner: (varies alot but usually meat, cheese, starch, veggie, creativeness :D)

  • pictured is salmon, sweet potato and roasted broccoli


  • pictured is ice cream šŸ˜€
