Goji berry, pecan, and cacao nibs granola bars!

– 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

– 2 eggs whites

– 1/3 cup applesauce

– 1 Tbs honey

– 1/2 cup goji berries

– 1/2 cup pecans

– 2 Tbs cacao nibs

– Cinnamon

Bake in an aluminum-foil-lined 9in baking pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Yields 8 bars. Calories: 167. Fat: 8 grams. Carbs: 30 grams. Fiber: 4.5 grams. Sugar: 7.5 grams. Protein: 5 grams
