Lunch: pita sandwich with turkey, cooper sharp white cheese, spinach, alfalfa sprouts, and then balsamic-marinated tomatoes and artichoke hearts with oregano and basil.
My midmorning snack was some kamut puffs + cascadian farms dark chocolate almond granola (guys, I ate a whole serving of granola 😀 Granola is one of my favorite things but I am usually hesitant because it is so caloric dense. It was yummy)
Then I had a chocolate chip brownie Larabar for dessert. SO YUMMY!
