Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish that is served in a hot pot. It is a meal that cooks on the table while it is being served. It usually consists of thinly sliced beef, various vegetables such as Chinese cabbage and negi, mushrooms like shiitake and enokitake, tofu, and konyakku noodles.

The ingredients are arranged in a large pot and set to cook over low to medium heat while drizzling a broth of soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar over the dish. The dish is then allowed to cook at the table during the meal. Sukiyaki often has a side of raw, beaten egg for dipping.

I want this so freaking bad!
